Product descriptions, main characteristics, availability and current prices are shown on the relevant product page. Handmade products may show minor variations in color, grain or finish; these are a natural part of handmade production and do not by themselves constitute a defect.

Before submitting an order, the customer can review and correct the selected products, quantities, delivery method, payment method and contact details. The final price, including the selected shipping and payment fees, is displayed before the order is submitted.

Submitting an order creates an obligation to pay. The Seller confirms receipt of the order electronically. The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the order, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, the Seller will contact the customer without undue delay and agree on an alternative or cancel the affected item.

Any amount already paid for an unavailable or cancelled item will be refunded using the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise.

Available payment methods and any related fees are displayed during checkout. Depending on the destination and current store configuration, these may include online payment, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

For online payments, payment processing may be provided by an external payment provider under its own technical and security conditions. The Seller does not receive the customer's complete card or payment account credentials.

Available delivery methods, their prices and the estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout and confirmed with the order. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

The Seller will dispatch the goods without undue delay and no later than required by applicable law, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. An estimated delivery date is not a guaranteed date where a delay is caused by a carrier or circumstances outside the Seller's reasonable control.

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer when the consumer or a person designated by them takes possession of the goods, except where the consumer independently commissioned a carrier not offered by the Seller.

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement of withdrawal to info@colorfulearrings.com before the period expires.

The consumer must return the goods to iFlow s.r.o., Pod hajom 1084/39, 018 41 Dubnica nad Vahom, Slovakia, no later than 14 days after communicating the withdrawal. Unless the Seller agrees otherwise, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

The Seller will refund payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. The refund may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the consumer provides evidence that they have sent them back.

The consumer is responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply in statutory cases, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

The Seller is responsible for defects in accordance with applicable consumer law. If goods are defective or do not correspond to the agreed description, the consumer may exercise the statutory rights arising from liability for defects.

A complaint can be submitted by email to info@colorfulearrings.com. Please include the order number, a description of the issue and, where useful, photographs. The Seller will confirm receipt and handle the complaint within the periods and in the manner required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits the consumer's mandatory statutory rights or the minimum legal guarantee provided by applicable law.

The photographs, product designs, texts, graphics, logos and other original content of this website are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, distributed or commercially used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Personal data is processed for order fulfilment, payment, delivery, customer communication and compliance with legal obligations. Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy available on this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer residing in another country of mandatory protection granted by the law that would otherwise apply.

If a consumer is not satisfied with the handling of a complaint or believes that their rights have been infringed, they should first contact the Seller with a request for remedy. Where the statutory conditions are met, the consumer may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution to an authorised entity, including the Slovak Trade Inspection.

If any provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. The Seller may update these terms for future orders; the version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order.
