We process data required to create, fulfil, pay for and deliver an order in order to enter into and perform a contract. Accounting, tax and other mandatory records are retained to comply with legal obligations.

Communications are retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and protect relevant rights. Newsletter data is processed until consent is withdrawn or you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the analytics service settings and the consent provided.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing and receive applicable data in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.

We may reasonably verify your identity when handling a request. If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

We do not use automated individual decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you. We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change; the current version and effective date will always be published on this page.
